Two HMR Researchers Receive Honours
The annual Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Gala was held on November 19th under the theme A Cure Is for Life, Help Make It Happen.
As part of the gala celebrating 35 years of research advances, the remarkable efforts of 4 Montreal researchers were underlined, including two from the HMR Research Centre: Doctors Nathalie Labrecque and Sylvie Lesage. They were honoured for their contribution to the advancement of research to find a cure for juvenile diabetes.
The JDRF supports type 1 diabetes research worldwide to help find a cure for diabetes and its complications.
